من تشريعات لعام 1994 وحددت بموجبه العناوين المحددة من قبل دائرة الهجرة
بغاية تقديم طلبات عائدة للتأشيرات المشار إليها أدناه:
1- Business Skills
2- Business Innovation and Investment
3- Business Talent and Distinguished Talent Visa
حددت العناوين المذكورة فقط لكل مقدم طلب لا يقطن في الصين أو هونغ كونغ أو ماكوادو تايوان.
من الجدير التنبه بان تقديم الطلبات يجب أن تتم في أديلايد فقط كما أن البت بالطلبات المذكورة

يجب على مقدم الطلب أن يرسله بواسطة البريد الشخصي[2] إلى العنوان التالي:
